Reiki is a spiritual and vibrational form of healing to enhance all medical and psychological procedures . Reiki, which been practiced for centuries by Tibetan Buddhist monk,and was rediscovered by Mikao Usui late 19th Century . He started to use Reiki Energy with success and attuned students . Reiki is passed on by a series of attunements to Practitioner/ Master level.
So what is reiki and its source? The Universe is made up of energy. Energy is vibrational and all objects including the human body vibrates at certain levels. We are familiar with many forms of energy that surround us: radio, TV, cell phones and satellites . Therefore besides these energies all solid objects are also made up of this energy. Solid objects vibrate at lower levels and we do not see them vibrate although they do. What is the source of Reiki? The word REIKI is made of two Japanese words REI and Ki. Reiki is called Universal Life Force Energy. A source that is accessible by attunement that opens one to use for healing. Through attunement a person's hands have access to this Universal Life Force Energy . This Reiki energy helps to raise low energy levels lost, thus helping all living things regain their vibrational levels and heal. The Reiki Practitioner does not heal but is the means by which Reiki energy is given to the client whose body than can heals itself. DISTANT HEALING: Because every thing is made up of energy and finds its source in this Universal Life Force Energy, Reiki energy can move from one place to another. Distance Reiki is offered healing here for those who are too sick to come for face to face treatment, or too far from a reiki practitioner, or because of a busy life not able to come for and appointment. From my reading of the Gospels Jesus had access to this Universal Life Force Energy that many are coming to recognize as the Holy Spirit. Following Jesus I have a call to service.
